Planning eradicates assumption and gives way to certainty…..wouldn’t your business perform better knowing with certainty that the market requires what you have…not only that it enables you market your goods / services in a way that clients approves of.  If you know the issues a potential client has with existing suppliers wouldn’t it be nice to take those issues away?
