‘Your content is excellent. I sense that you have extracted all of the key USP’s and communicated them in a structure that is compelling, I’m delighted. When I finished reading the template I felt that I had only been reading for a couple of seconds, I sense that this is an indication that it was engaging.’ Paul Daniels – Best of Franchise
Why You Should Talk To Us?
‘ A compelling sales letter is one of the most cost effective ways of generating business and also one of the most neglected.’
Ensuring the right message is delivered via your letters, literature, website and emails is vitally important!
Sometimes you can't see the wood for the trees. An external agency like ourselves will see things that perhaps you don’t, when you are entrenched in a business sometimes it’s difficult to step out and look at things objectively.
We are utterly objective. Our only interest is to ensure that you generate potential business from the information we produce. Take a look at the two examples further below – which one do you think will sell?
Letter 1
Dear ……
I am writing to introduce our company XXXX Ltd. We are a truly global organisation specialising in state of the art widgets. We are a £1 billion pound turnover company and can assist your organisation in a number of ways through services illustrated in the attached brochure.
I am responsible for Business Development for your vicinity and I feel sure we can make a difference to your company.
Xxxxxxxxxx
Letter 2
Dear …..
"How a manufacturer like you increased production last year by 38 % without increasing the need for manpower or large capital investment."
Can you imagine how your business would profit from above result? I am sure you are always looking to improve efficiency and profits for your business, which is why I know this will interest you.
We have enabled numerous businesses like yours this year to improve production and profit by a simple incorporation of a new concept in Widgets which is improving the manufacturing process beyond recognition.
This product will make all the difference in your production speed and in your delivery to clients in fact you just can't afford to ignore it!
The first letter is extremely common and normally ineffective. (unless you already play golf with the company boss)
A mistake many companies make is talking too much about themselves and not about providing something of value to the client. Why would you as a company decision maker be interested in Letter A? There is no initial interest and no offering that could make a difference to your organisation….unless you are lucky, the result of your letter is to be binned or filed. (what a waste!)
Now take the second letter, there is a proposition in the opening sentence, this offering can make a difference to the bottom line of a business. The offering is directly applicable to the prospect with seemingly low capital outlay? Surely its worth least reviewing the offer further.
Company A could offer similar services to Company B, but it didn’t communicate this message. Company B is preferable because its telling the client it knows how to improve the bottom line; it has a specific message of interest.
What are you doing today and what is more important than winning more business?
Call Regenic now…speaking to us costs nothing and we won’t take much of your time.
Why call us?
Marketing Communication is vitally important
